【Japasese FreeTalk】
For those who are studying Japanese, I have an opportunity to speak Japanese casually. Feel free to join my class:)
I think the best way to learn a language is to use it! speak it!
Any topic is Okay. Talk about hobbies, food, travelling, differences inculture and etc..
If you are stuck in Japanse, I can also speak in English;)
So, Let's practice Japanese♪

【YOGA】
I completed my 200h Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and freshly becam a yoga teacher.
My practice is based on Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Hatha Yoga and a little bit of Restorative Yin Yoga.I enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals.

Before I started yoga, I loved sports such as basketball, snowboarding, surfing and scuba diving. That's why I wasn't interested in yoga at all. However, I experienced hot yoga and I was fascinated by the freshness after the experience. That was the start of taking part in Yoga in my life. And then I started learning yoga.

I am always captivated by the feeling that I felt refreshed and felt so good. 
I experienced many advantages such as,

-To konw and accept myself from inside to outside
-Be controlled by myself
-Relaxing the tension and anxiety that I have unconsciously
-Not being greedy and stay motivated
-Improve the body flexibility and strength
-Cultivate digestion and metabolism

I want to share these to everyone, so I started as a yoga teacher:)
There are various triggers, but Yoga can be started by anyone!

If you are...
-interested in Yoga
-want to start something new
-want to release the stress
-physical inactivity
-needing stretching
-want to lose weight

Yoga practice may not be the same everytime, depending on your condition. Listen to your body and mind, and try to incorporate the movements you need without over doing it.
The important thing is to connect breathing and movement.

Basically, the lesson would be the Vinyasa Flow Yoga in English.

YOGA comes from the ancient Indian Sanskrit word Yuj, which means "to yoke", "to unite", "bring together". That means connecting the mind, body and spirit.
