Hello everyone!!
My name is Ariana and I am Brazilian.
I have lived for a while in Silicon Valley region at California, where I had contact with other occidental and oriental cultures and got a Certificate of Proficiency in English.
I hold two bachelor's degrees - one in Business Administration and the other in Accounting Sciences, and currently I’m studying toward an MBA in Finance and Controlling. I have 4 years of work experience as an Accounting Auditor and currently I work as Finance Business Partner in a German multinational corporation located in Brazil.
My true passion is teaching!
I love English, and I have never stopped studying the language and keeping up to date since I was very young.
Regarding Portuguese learning, I am aware that it can be really difficult for non-Brazilians due to the complexity of the language, but I have a lot of patience and a very open mind, which I am sure will make it easier for you students to learn!
I'm teaching at Cafetalk since 2015, and I am used to have students from beginner to advanced levels. According to the students' needs, I can focus more on grammar, writing, conversation to improve fluency and also specific situations such as business interviews and meetings, travel conversation, etc.
During class, I like to use different resources such as videos, music, books, exercises, article's reading and breaking news. We can learn in a fun and pleasurable way!
