Hello! I'm shamisen and koto player
Tanabe Akira, who started playing as an adult with zero knowledge of them.
Until I was 20 I couldn't do anything with music, but after I encountered a Japanese musical instrument social group in university, I became totally absorbed in it.
So I, knowing very well the feelings of those of you who "can't" or "don't know" and drawing upon the thrill of performing in your university age, would like to share the joy of a Japanese instrument with you!
Also, if you can't actually study with the instrument, we can learn by studying the
music theory or staff notation of the musical performance.
