Hello! I'm shamisen and koto player Tanabe Akira, who started playing as an adult with zero knowledge of them.
Until I was 20 I couldn't do anything with music, but after I encountered a Japanese musical instrument social group in university, I became totally absorbed in it.
Also, if you can't actually study with the instrument, we can learn by studying the music theory or staff notation of the musical performance.
