Hello! I'd like to offer everyone "injury-free yoga". Thoughs such as, "My joints are bad and personally, I don't have the disposition to practice yoga" "Yoga is not for me!" may have crossed your mind but I have come to understand that yoga is for all people's body and mind. So now, in order to give everyone exactly the kind of class that they want and can take without anxiety, I continue my studies in physiotherapy so that each body gets proper attention to its own characteristic movements.
