Because of coronavirus, many elderly people have to stay at home, there are people that are sick and they're battling against it at home, those who cannot go out for some reason, or those who need the healing power of music, why don't you try to open your heart and we can sing the songs you like or songs that are filled with your memories?
(In the midst of coronavirus, I'd have weekly online meetings with my relatives who live in a senior home and through music, I can always see the smiles on their faces and this is the reason I signed up as a tutor on Cafetalk.)

Butterfly hug is a method that was developed to treat groups of traumatized children who escaped the war and fled to refugee camps.
Although hugs are medically recognized for their spectacular "oxytocin that contributes to calming effect", it is impossible to find someone to hug you all the time, so the butterfly hug method was developed for people to hug themselves.
