Hello♪ I'm piano teacher miyu. I usually energetically teach piano to everyone from 2nd year kindergarteners up to adults.
I might be a bit of an unusual piano teacher, haha.
I started piano at the age of 4 and really liked it, but I didn't follow the road of music but instead ended up entering the foreign languages department at university and studied French.
I graduated, become a regular company worker, experienced being a normal housewife and already several tens of years had passed. I was already over 40 when I started up piano again after my own daughter started learning it.
After that I really got into piano and entered music college.
I didn't think that I was just starting out after a 20 year break from piano, but I had a tough time at school.
But it was exactly because I had a tough time that my passion for the piano was reignited and I was able to grow.
"Your wrists are too stiff" "Your posture is bad" "You're not giving it your all"
These are all comments associated with learning the piano and I had experienced this before.
I wondered how I could get better.
What could I do to play with more ease?
So to all you adults out there struggling in the same way...
Come and grow with me!
・For those learning for the first time
・For those who learned as a child and want to play again
・For those wishing to begin again from the basics
Everyone, please be sure to go for a trial lesson.
