I am an English language tutor here on Cafetalk! Nice to meet you!
A little bit about me
I am British born and bred, with an Asian background. I lived in Japan for 6 and a half years in the Kansai area. I have a beautiful pet cat and enjoy being active!
Teaching History
When I was a university student, I volunteered in schools as an ESL aid, following students from class to class helping them understand English.
Since graduating (I graduated in English Literature and History), I have been an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. I lived in Japan for over 6 years teaching English in both Elementary and Junior High Schools. I taught students how to express themselves in English, about the world and reviewed any grammar taught.
Teaching Goal
My teaching goal is to make YOU happy! I want to make all my students feel excited and confident. I want you to be able to express yourself in English and actually have fun doing it!
Hobbies and interests
Like you, I love learning languages. I study Japanese（関西弁は得意）and French (Bonjour!). I am also interested in food and coffee. I love to eat! Please tell me about your favourite foods! I have many interests, so please, do not hesitate to ask!
