18th Spanish Symposium - 5 places to visit in Chile
Join tutor Adriana, a Chilean native who lived in Japan for 18 years during her childhood, for a presentation on 5 places you should visit in Chile! Since Adriana lived in Kansai for a while, you may occasionally hear her speak in a Kansai dialect! We will be asking her a variety of questions in Spanish and Japanese. Whether you are planning to visit Chile (or not), and whether you are studying Spanish (or not), we invite you to watch our symposium!
Simply watch directly on the Cafetalk page! You can also write comments during the stream!

Last Symposium
Reviews of the previous symposium
I learned about Uruguay and Mexico and became more interested in both countries. It was especially meaningful for me because I knew nothing about Uruguay, so I was able to learn about Uruguayan culture and Uruguayan Spanish for the first time. It was very enjoyable to be in an atmosphere where I could feel free to ask questions and also to have them answered!
This was my first time attending a Spanish symposium. As a beginner, it was a bit difficult, but thanks to the Japanese explanations I could enjoy it. I learned a lot and also studied history. The content was so rich that it made me want to travel to Mexico, and after the symposium I looked up a map of the Yucatan Peninsula. I was about to give up on Spanish because I thought the grammar was too difficult, but now it boosted my motivation. Thank you very much.
