Hello! I am a Korean woman who loves to watch Japanese dramas and movies, and most of all, who loves teaching Korean to Japanese speakers. I was born and raised in Seoul, and have taught Korean at a language school in Japan. I returned to South Korea last year and I now live in Seoul.

I used to lived in Osaka and Sapporo when I was in Japan. Since I understand Japanese, I can help Japanese speakers in particular to help you learn Korean in an easy-to-understand and efficient way. Whether you are an absolute beginner, at an intermediate level who can enjoy conversations, or at an advanced level with clear goals, I can accommodate all levels.

If you have studied to some extent but haven't had the opportunity to actually chat, why not join me for a fun free-talking lesson! I am sure there are many topics about South Korea and Japan that you would like to talk about. (lol)

I can also help with preparing for the Korean Language Proficiency Test and business Korean. One of my former student is currently working for the Korean branch of a Japanese public organization in Seoul. Of course, those who want to learn in a more casual and enjoyable environment are more than welcome to join me.
Hello. My name is Choi Jeong Hee (최정희). I was born in South Korea and have continued to work in Seoul for 10 years after graduating from university. In South Korea, I have worked for an NGO for young people, as well as working experience at a Korean language school in Seoul and a private Korean language tutor for children from multicultural families. I moved to Japan five years ago where I work part-time in a hotel, while also teaching Korean to students interested in learning through Cafetalk.
Most language learning will fail if you focus too much on grammar. You can only learn another language quickly if you practice speaking it with native speakers. As a former language teacher and a Korean language tutor, I can explain the areas that you are struggling with in a clear and understandable way. In addition to providing lectures, I can also teach you how to study a language. The most important thing when learning a language is the motivation and will to learn it. Let’s identify your motivation for learning the language, and support each other throughout the process. I manage a YouTube channel about travelling by motorbike as a pastime, so I am skilled at using multimedia and coming up with diverse lesson contents.
