(働きアリの法則)The rules of Working Ants

The rules of Working Ants
Hello, everyone! How are you today? It's Teacher Asuka.
Today, I'm going to talk about 'the rules of working ants', which is known for '2-6-2 rules'. Do you know what it is?

If you are in trouble with relationships in your office, workplace or school, my talk might be useful for you. According to the rule, 20% people will treat you well, 60% people will treat you normal, and the rest 20% people won't treat you good. Even if you care about such 20% people, they don't care about you. It is said this percentage is almost the same as the example of working ants. If around 80% ants look after the rest 20% ants, these rest ants never do them right.

Therefore, if you work in your workplace, around 20% people won't treat you right, you don't have to care about the rest 20% people too much.  That doesn't matter. It's up to us for dealing with such things.

You've been already looked after a lot of people like your family and close friends every day. Never forget that you are being loved such people completely.
You should care about those who love you very much rather than such 20% people who don't care about you anything.

Without saying, most important thing is for you to take care of yourself and enjoy your life to the fullest. Every person has a right to do so. Always bear in mind you never know how much time you have left in your precious life. Thinking this way will give us an inevitable guide, I think, it’s a clever idea to manage and be affectionate to yourself in complex relationships.

Respect yourself, everyone.

Thank you for joining me as usual.
See you next time.
