Does springtime affect our mood and productivity?

Weekly Topic: Does springtime affect our mood and productivity?

Nadine Flores

It's officially spring in 4 days! I can't wait for warmer weather. Although I can't really complain about the winter that just passed, spring just brings a different kind of vibe and mood to, not only me but to everyone around me.

It definitely affects my mood and productivity. I feel much better and I can feel the dark cloud over me slowly disappearing. Productivity-wise, I can't say that I am more productive during the warmer seasons. When I think about it, I might be even lazier to do the things that I NEED to do. I just want to enjoy being outdoors and get as much sun as possible.

I hope everyone has a lovely spring season! Don't hesitate to check out my lessons and maybe chat with me about what you like to do during this season. :)
