I have been following the same eating lifestyle since early 2019.

My physical and mental health both benifited from it immensely. I feel less fatigued, I don't crave a lot of unhealthy food, and of course with exercise, I was able to build ab muscles easily.

Of course, it will also help you if you are trying to lose weigh and build muscle too.

But this is not some diet that you adopt just to lose weight, this is about adopting a healthy lifestyle that you can stick to for life. 

And believe me, once you do actually try it for a few days, you will never want to go back to your old lifestyle.

In this lesson, I will explain everything about this eating style, will give you some recipes that could be useful to get you started, and will also share some tips to help you stay consistent and stick to it long-term.
