During this lesson we will talk about wellbeing, mindfulness and some techniques to relax.
I will show you some material to read about mindfulness, its techniques and benefits. We will also discuss and have some exercises to practice.

                      

I'm a calm and patient teacher, working on English and Psychology for 10 years. I worked with Human Resources at an American Company and was responsible for wellbeing and health for employees and I've helped the development of this area focused on employees wellbeing benefits and stress reduction. Since it was implemented it became a success among employees and as a result for the Company too. I hope some of the informations I have to share with you will help you too.
