Common Expressions Used to Show Agreement

Detalles de la lección

Do you agreee with another person's idea completely or partially?  Do you strongly agree or do you partially agree?  Do you take one person's side over the other?

The act of agreeing  is part of everyone’s daily conversation in any language. Every day, we agree at home, at school, in the office, when we are together with our friends, or even with strangers.

Simplistically, agreeing with someone means to approve their opinion, statement, or action.   If you want to make agreeing easy in English, learning some expressions is essential.

With this lesson, you will learn to express your agreement properly, whether it is weak or strong, in part or in full.  You will be given some debate topics where you can express your agreement or disagreement.

in English, learning some expressions is essential.

Have you ever used these expressions?

  • "I couldn't agree with you more."
  • "Tell me about it!"
  • "I'm with you."

How about these:
"I was just going to say that."
"No doubt about it."

Come to the class, and you will learn when to exactly use these and other expressions in agreeing.
