Deep, meditative stretching
Description
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative form of deep stretching which targets the fascia and connective tissues. Postures are usually held for 3-5 minutes, but can be held for longer, in order to access the deeper tissues and provide a deep stretch. Classes can focus on the body parts you most need to work on, or can be more general.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
