Yin yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice where you hold and relax into the stretch.
We will hold poses for 1-3 minutes, breathing and releasing our tight bodies. You will be in a more meditative and relaxed state than other types of yoga. This lesson is designed to become more flexible, the slow your mind, and release stress.
