Let's talk about motherhood. I invite you to share your experiences of being a mother, and offer help if I can.
Description
All mamas need a space where we can sit, relax and share our experiences. Here I offer this space. I invite you to share about your pregnancy and birth experiences, and about your daily joys, griefs and frustrations on your motherhood journey.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
