KUNDALINI BEGINNERS CLASS
FOR ADULTS
Good for Beginners & Intermediate Levels

5 minute Introduction
The student and myself will present ourselves briefly.
Ask the student what their yoga level & experience is.
Find out if the student has any injuries or physical conditions. 

20 minute Kundalini Yoga Class
Guided breathing techniques.
Spinal flex seated poses.
Standing poses.
Lying poses
Guided relaxation

5 minute Questions and Feedback Time
How do you feel?
Did you enjoy the class?
Do you have any questions? / recommendations?

Optional Homework
Write a summary for next lesson about how
you felt during and after the class.
