A healthy digestive system is key to radiant health. Among the many reasons, stress or anxiety seems to be the most common reason for the adverse impact it has on the functioning of the digestive system. In addition, a poor digestive tract can lead to long term health complications.
The yoga poses impact the abdominal muscles and stimulate the internal organs. Stimulation of the organs related to the digestive system can alleviate deep-rooted problems, and improve digestion.
