I have several years of experience working on a helpline and within customer facing enviroments, so you can feel confident that you will recieve the support you need to improve your language skills.
You will receive:
• Practical material before your session and the opportunity to request specific support if needed.
• Genuine support during your session, so you can practice and repeat as many times as needed.

These sessions have been designed for business students, but I can alter the sessions to suit your individual needs.

• Identify and connect the appropriate responses to common difficulties within customer service environments.
• Practice with common call centre scripts in preparation for work.
