As a former Broadway performer, Disney dancer, and commercial actress and writer, I have spent years working on harnessing my own creativity and pushing my boundaries. Now I would like to help you!

The exercises which we will do will be light, fun, and thought-provoking. You will get to explore parts of your creative psyche and discover new things about yourself.

I hope to challenge and inspire you in this lesson! I'm looking forward to meeting you.
