Which greetings are Formal, and which are casual.

Expectations of our Lesson:

I will provided materials for this lesson and it will be conducted through Skype using video chat and the white board.
I will give you a brief homework assignment to help you practice your new found lesson.
Although I will have a lesson plan, I want to help you learn what you want to learn. So I can help you learn words you want and try to use our new learned sentence and grammar lesson in a short conversational practice.
