Have you trained how to 'speak'?
It sounds so primary we don't even think about or focus on as much when you are human. But there are actually so many important techniques on 'how to' make sound, 'how to' produce the sound coming from your mouth.
I can teach you about vocal codes and how to speak without hurting your vocal, and able to speak for a long time without (or less) damaging it so you don't get sore throat after. Key is the warm-up. We can explore variations of warm ups.
Then, we will apply that techniques on your monologues, sonnet, favorite book, or even on your presentation materials, so you will be coherent, enunciating words, and speaking with ease by finding you 'true voice'.

声帯を傷つけないためにも正しい声の出し方、効果的なウォームアップの仕方を勉強して長時間話したり歌ったりした後でも喉が痛くならないようにするための練習です。
様々なウォームアップ運動を練習した後、モノローグやソネット、お気に入りの絵本、プレゼンテーションの内容などを使って正しく声に出して「読む」 ことを目的にしています。
