Our life is made up of the little things we do every day.
Let's talk about some of your daily habits and routines that make you who you are. We will discuss how you start your day, what you spend the most time doing, and how you like to end your day. We can compare your daily routines on weekdays and weekends and talk about how they are similar and different. We can discuss some of your weekly or monthly routines that you like to make sure that you do. Maybe we can even come up with some new ideas for some new routines we both can add to improve our days, weeks, and lives!
