This is the perfect short, gentle and relaxing exercise class to release tension, stimulate your brain and reverse the damage the is caused by our modern daily lives

Description

I will use over 11 years experience to combine exercises from Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation and more, to create the perfect gentle exercise class for you!

Every single class is different, so you will never be bored.

This class is suitable for people of any age, gender, fitness level and even if you have injuries and pains.

I will put 100% into createing you a class which is FUN, CHALLENGING and RELAXING, and can be performed any time of day.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 12hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 12-24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
