안녕하세요. I am JOYJOY.
I am a Korean living in Japan.
In South Korea, I worked as a public school teacher for more than 10 years.
I am now a mother raising two children who are in elementary school.
When I first came to Japan, I received a lot of help from Japanese residents around me, which has helped me to continue living here.
I started teaching Korean in order to give back to them in ways I can.
Through such lessons, I have learned the language while understanding the cultures of both Japan and South Korea, and I have enjoyed being able to help them.
In order to help you learn Korean, I would like to share with you the difficulties I experienced while learning Japanese,
the differences between Japanese and Korean that are similar but completely different,
interest in new languages and the learning obstacles that might be difficult to overcome,
and then, with my experience as a teacher, I would like to make learning the Korean language easier to understand, to pursue, and easier to continue for a long period of time.

I would like to help students who have difficulty reading Korean smoothly,
students who are interested in Korean but are not sure if they can learn it,
students who can read and understand Korean but can’t speak it, as well as
students who enjoy Korean and want to improve their language skills.
1. Korean Pronunciation Fluency Lessons
Korean has various terms that are difficult to pronounce (such as 떡볶이 , 팡파레, 짜파게티…), but actually, it’s easy to fix those pronunciations.
The more important and most difficult pronunciations are the vowels. If you are learning Korean and wish you could pronounce it more accurately, I highly recommend this lesson.
2. Exciting step towards the Korean language
This is a lesson for students who want to learn Korean but do not have the courage, do not know where to start, or are unsure.
3. Expanding your Korean language skills
For students who have studied Korean on their own and have continued to work hard,
but have reached a point where they are at their limits and need a little extra pull. If you are wondering if you are doing it right, or if you just want to try a little harder, this lesson is for you.
Of course, I will use materials that match your current level or even my own materials as well.
4. Enjoying Korean conversation
