Hello, this is Aya. I love LEARNING.
I'd love to share my knowledge, its process and tips that I've acquired as well as enjoyment and sense of achievement that I've experienced with you.
Let me hear what you learn and the issue that you face.
If you and me together, we can find wonderful way to work it on.

The first time I learned English was that my grandma showed me how to write my name in English. Since then I've kept learning as well as teaching English.
I thought English is magical tool to connect me to the world!
Thanks to my first teacher, I enjoyed learning English, even memorizing English words.
Thanks to English, I noticed the enjoyment of learning and got more interested in other subjects.

English led me to an exchange program (studying at UCSD), chance to work in Germany & Italy, and many people & new experiences.
Currently, I have a contract with the US company, work together with a boss in Europe and coworkers in Singapore.

Learning English also encouraged me to learn Japanese as a language.
I joined a training course and took a qualification test to teach Japanese to non-native speakers, and I again noticed there are much more to know about Japanese.
At the same time, I realized again that I enjoyed supporting Japanese learners, proceeding learning plan and achieving goals together.

Besides teaching English and Japanese, I manage strategic sourcing projects for companies.


【 my experience as a teacher 】
【Japanese】
・ in charge of students from Vietnam, China and Mexico and taught conversation (business, daily) and support preparation for JLPT(N3, N2). (during Japanese Teacher Training Course)
・in charge of a student from China for a year and support daily conversation and writing
・in charge of a student from the US for 3 months (so far) and support learning a text (上級へのとびら）, conversation (business, daily) , listening, and writing

１．Tell me your goal, what you want to achieve or what you have a problem with.
２．I suggest learning plan based on it.
３．Let's discuss and decide to learn together, what to achieve (smaller goal), by when and how.
４．Start to learn to the goal
５．Review if everything is going well and if you feel comfortable with the current setting

学習の主役は（そして人生の主役も）あなたです。
ただ何となく学習するだけなんてもったいない。
目標は何か、どうしてそれができるようになりたいか、できたらどうなるか、と少し視野を広げて考えれば、もっとやる気が湧いてきます。
やる気を確認したら、目標に向かって一緒に進みましょう！
