ENGLISH + SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY + LIFE COACHING
Hello! My name is Iain and I live in the vibrant city of Johannesburg in South Africa. I am first of all a husband and a father. I love reading, the outdoors and playing and watching sports. I am passionate about education and have been active in this field for over 30 years. My father used to help me plan my English essays for school, so that I could write with greater skill and confidence. I share this same passion for helping people communicate more effectively.
I have a TEFL Level 5 certificate and in addition to my English qualifications, I have a Masters degree in Organisational Leadership and various Qualifications as a Business Leadership, Life and Sports Performance Coach. I worked with the South African Men's hockey, as a Performance Coach in preperation for the Tokyo Olympics.
If you are a professional I can help you with your Business English speaking and writing skills. Speaking in a second language can be daunting but I will help you to find your voice and speak with confidence. I can also help you to write English so that your message is clearly communicated.
If you are a teenager or student, I would love to spend time with you practising your conversational English so that you can speak with greater fluency. I can also mentor you as a writer. I believe in a practical, student-centred approach, where your individual needs and goals drive our lessons.
