Hi, my name's Marija and I come from Serbia. I graduated from the English Language and Literature department and got a Master’s degree. I've been teaching English as a second language for more than fifteen years now. In addition, I recently started working as a National Geographic Learning sales rep for Serbia where I have the opportunity to establish close connections with schools and teachers presenting and selling National Geographic ELT materials. During my career, I've had a chance to teach students of all ages, levels of knowledge, with a variety of different needs both in public and private language schools. Due to high demand, I've also specialized in preparing students for Cambridge, IELTS and TOEFL exams. In addition, I used to teach general and business English online to young people and business professionals from all around the world where I got familiar with utilizing the web contents, chatbox and body language for the purpose of making the topics easy to understand and motivating my students to keep learning. What I really love about teaching is helping people achieve their goals of improving their fluency, studying abroad, getting a promotion, traveling, improving their pronunciation or listening skill etc. It’s so much rewarding and I’ll keep doing it. In my free time, I go hiking, especially in the spring and autumn seasons. I also do pilates and yoga two or three times a week. I'm fond of watching movies and reading books, too. It would be my pleasure to meet you and share my knowledge with you. Looking forward to meeting you!
It's me at 1810 meters above sea level. The peak is called "Trem" and it's the highest peak of the mountain called "Suva Planina". It's situated in the southeast part of my country, close to my hometown called Niš.
One of the most challenging and probably the most dangerous hiking endeavors of mine :) This place is called "Trnsko i Jablaničko ždrelo" and it's located in Bulgaria, not far from the border with Serbia. The nature is gorgeous there!
The last three photos are taken at the well-known fortress, one of the landmarks of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, called "Kalemegdan". I love taking walks there :)
