こんにちは。プロフィールをご覧いただきありがとうございます。現在、特別支援教育支援員として公立学校に勤務し、さまざまな困りごとを抱える子どもたちに関わる日々を送っています。 この仕事に就いてから９年が経ちました。これまで英会話スクールのスタッフや幼児教室の講師を経験し、さまざまな子どもたちと関わる機会に恵まれました。その中で改めて子どもの発達や心理について学びなおす必要があると感じ、40歳を過ぎて大学にて学び、目標としていた認定心理士の資格を取得して卒業しました。卒業後は傾聴（おひとりおひとりのお話を聞くこと）の技術をさらに磨くために産業カウンセラーの資格を取得し、より深い対話をすることにつなげることができています。これまで仕事を通じて、多岐にわたる困りごとや悩み、本人にも何なのかがわからないモヤモヤを抱える児童、生徒、保護者様にたくさん出会いました。これまでの学びと経験を活かしお話を伺う
