Ciao! My name is Gerry. I come from Puglia, a beautiful and sunny region in the south of Italy where you can find nice beaches, fantastic cities and great food and restaurants.
 
I'm a professional instructor of Italian and English. I’ve been teaching since 2013. Over the years, I've taught all kinds of language learners from beginners to advanced ones.
 
I have a Master's Degree in Communication Studies and a Diploma in Management. Moreover, I was awarded a CELTA qualification (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) by the University of Cambridge.
 
I love foreign languages: I know English at an advanced level, and French and Spanish at an intermediate level, plus a little German. This is one of the reasons that drove me to teach. I have been a student too, so I understand the difficulties you can meet during the learning process and I can help you reach your goals easily and find what are your strenghts and weaknesses.
 
I can help you with conversation, grammar and proofreading. I teach grammar but I also like to have conversations as I believe that knowing the secrets of everyday language is very important. Our tutoring classes will be planned based on your objectives and ambitions. We will use technology to share materials and information to make sure that you will not lose or forget anything that you just learnt in the class.
