Hello! My name is KANA and I am currently working as a flight attendant for a Middle Eastern airline.
I have a TESOL & TECSOL (Teaching English as a Second Language) degree, and I would like to provide lessons that will help students who don’t know where to start when learning English, students who don’t know what they need to improve, students who don’t know how to practice speaking, or don’t know how to express themselves when speaking English!
This is now my 5th year studying and living abroad, and 4th year of working for an international company, so I hope to share my knowledge in English with you. I look forward to meeting you in my lessons!
Self Introduction
I was born and raised in Japan, and I was not very good at English at first. When I was in college, I went to Australia to study abroad for a year and overcame my weakness in English. During my studies in Australia, I obtained certifications in English teaching methods (TESOL and TECSOL).
I am currently working for a multinational company while living in Dubai. I have lived in four countries (Australia, Qatar, Dubai, and Iceland) and have traveled to 51 countries around the world. I have studied English from the very basics, so I would like to help you with your Englsih studies.

Career History
Currently, I am living and working overseas using English with people from 150 countries around the world. Just being able to speak English expands the range of jobs and opportunities, and I am really enjoying working overseas. This is the second multinational company I have worked for while living abroad, and thanks to my English skills, I am able to enjoy working in a job that I want to do. I started Cafetalk to support students who also want to work abroad in the future and for those who want to work using English.
Lesson Style
I would like to provide lessons that meet the needs of each individual student.
I can help you with the following subjects:

・Interview practice for multinational companies
・Writing your Resume in English
・English grammar homework (for those who wish)

My lesson will be conducted via ZOOM, so I will send you a message via Skype after booking your lesson, but I will send you the ZOOM URL 5 minutes before your scheudled lesson time. (I cannot offer lesson via Skype.)
I can help you prepare for TOEIC and EIKEN exams as well. Please feel free to contact me.
I have also worked as a study abroad counselor in the past, so I can give you advice on working holidays and language study abroad if you are interested.
