ボディータッチが頻繁
ブラジルでは日本と比べて人との距離がとても近い国です。親しい家族や友人なら頬に1、2回キスをしてハグをするほど。それほど親しくなくても頻繁にボディータッチをするので、慣れないうちはとても戸惑うかもしれません。
男性同士がボディータッチしながら会話をしている場面を見るとちょっと異様に感じるかもしれません。しかし、ブラジル人にとって肩や手、腕などに触ることは相手と良いコミュニケーションを保つための重要な習慣なのです。
