どちらかというと心地[ここち]よい音[おと]のするカフェ風[ふう]の環境音[かんきょうおん]が好[す]きです。私がここで言うカフェ風[ふう]の環境音[かんきょうおん]とは、水[みず]を注[そそ]ぐ音[おと]、食器[しょっき]の触[ふ]れ合[あ]う小[ちい]さな音[おと]、客[きゃく]の低[ひく]いささやき声[ごえ]とゆったりとしたインストルメンタルミュージックです。
その環境音[かんきょうおん]を耳[みみ]にするとカフェの椅子[いす]に座[すわ]って大好[だいす]きなお茶[ちゃ]を飲[の]んでいるような気分[きぶん]になります。さらに自分[じぶん]が好[す]きなように音[おと]の大[おお]きさも調節[ちょうせつ]できます。実際[じっさい]のお店[みせ]ではそんなことできません。
まるで自分用[じぶんよう]の空間[くうかん]の環境[かんきょう]をカスタマイズしているみたいです。

I like playing background music while doing something. I often choose some wave-sound or cafe-like ASMR music.
If I have to choose, I prefer playing the cafe-like ones with pleasant sounds. It, in my case, includes the sounds like water pouring sounds, the clink of cups and saucers lightly hitting each other, low whispering between customers and slow instrumental music.
When I hear the ASMR music, I feel like sitting in a seat and having my favourite tea at a cafe. Furthermore, I can adjust the volume as much as I like.
It isn't possible at the shops in reality.
It's like you customise the environment of your own space.
