最近、「捨て活」「断捨離」などの言葉を、テレビや雑誌などでよく見かけます。

コロナで家にいる時間が増え、家の中を見直す人が増えたとか。

私もその中のひとり。もっとシンプルに暮らしたいと思いますが、なかなか難しい。
ただ捨てるのではなく、暮らしやすくするためのメソッドが書かれた本を読むのが好きです。
