Yes, there is such a day ~ it goes back a long way in time, when the servants received presents from their master the day after Christmas and/or when the servants ravaged through all the ‘boxes’ the day after Christmas to see if they could find anything.
It is a ‘day off’ in England but nowadays a lot of stores have an ‘After Christmas Sale’.
Anyway, enjoy your day however you celebrate it ...
