课程介绍

The sequence helps to build strength and balance. One way to improve strength and balance is by using twisting yoga poses. Twisting yoga poses helps build flexibility in the lumbar spine and with this flexibility, the transition from one pose to the next is done with breath coordination.

Using all the four body positions in the sequence, students will move gradually from standing to sitting slowly building the intensity of the twist, to a prone pose, and finally ending in supine twists. The resting pose at the end is  to relax the entire back.
