Description

This class might be for you if you are looking to:

  • practice your English speaking skill while receiving feedback;
  • talk about something while practicing your English.

The whole length of this lesson is 70 minutes consisting of approximately:

  •  2 minutes in the beginning to let me know about what you are going to talk about on that particular day, why you want to talk about that, and if there are any specific expectations out of the topic you have chosen;
  • 60 minutes for the main talk (plus tutor feedback whenever needed); 
  • 8 minutes in the end for tutor feedback.

Alternatively, if you prefer a two-way-communication style, we can do a roleplaying, or discussion. You may also try asking me about something, I tell you, and you practice your listening. Being able to verbalize what you would like to know about is equally as important as being able to verbalize what you would like to tell about. The main point in this lesson is to practice expressing your ideas in English, in a way that can be understood, and to receive detailed feedback from your tutor, which will be me. :)

Whatever conversation format you wish to practice with me, my teaching style is that I refrain from interrupting my student's talking. If it's a roleplay, I will just carry on with my role. As my studenttalks, I will take notes. Then, after the talk is over, I will give my feedback. Even if you need a bit more extra time to verbalize your thoughts in just one English sentence, I will patiently be on the other side of your computer. I won't make up the sentence for you and then have you repeat after me. At your own pace, complete each sentence yourself, until you get used to it, and eventually consume lesser and lesser time. That's what I call exercise.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 1hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 1-6hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
