Do you suffer from codependency? Is your life focused on others instead of yourself? Very often, we are conditioned since childhood to care for others more than ourselves and this can leave us empty and unfulfilled. It is possible to reach a point where you can care for others AND reach your own goals.
Through Cognitive Behavior trainings, we can transform our perception and behaviors to make our life more fulfilling. I have a training as a life coach in Cognitive behavior coaching and I can help you create healthier bondaries in your life and stop putting others in front of yourself for once.
For once, let's make things about you and your goals. We will discuss techniques to reach your goals and to focus on them.
