Do you feel unfulfilled and negative? We often have the habit of having negative self-talk or defeatist opinions. Cognitive behavior techniques can allow you to take your life back and get more energy to invest in our goals.

Do you struggle with negative thinking? Do you feel like your goals are unreachable because of the constant things blocking your way?
With cognitive behavior techniques, I will teach you how to change your focus and correct bad habits. During the sessions, we will discuss your goals and how to achieve them. We will also discuss how negative thinking drains your energy and how to protect yourself and redirect your mind.

I have a training as a life coach using Cognitive behavior techniques and I hope I can help you feel motivated and hopeful. I also insure to follow up on you between sessions to keep you focus on your goals. 

My interactive virtual class will help you feel comfortable and calm as we discussed your goals weekly or monthly. Give youself the support you need. 

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
