Lesson Pack Details

This is a 3-lesson pack. You will be issued 2 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 80 days of the first lesson date.

Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

 2020년 《경향신문》 신춘문예에 작품 〈빨간 열매〉가 당선되며 등단한 이후 발표작마다 독자들로 하여금 ‘다음 작품을 더 기대하게 된다’는 평을 받아온 이유리 작가가 두 권의 소설집 《브로콜리 펀치》와 《모든 것들의 세계》에 이어 첫 연작소설집 《좋은 곳에서 만나요》를 안온북스에서 펴냈다.

앞서 발표된 작품들에서 불가해한 현실을 초월적 상상으로 맞서며 때로는 유쾌하게 때로는 덤덤하게 특유의 낙관을 고유의 섬세한 묘사들로 납득시켜온 이유리 작가는 《좋은 곳에서 만나요》에서 한층 더 긴 호흡으로 이야기를 꿰어나간다. 작가는 고되고 고약하며 잔혹하기까지 한 인생에, 자신만의 위트와 세련된 문장으로 이유리식 희망을 새겨넣으며 마침내 독자들의 몸과 마음을 일으켜 세운다.

여기 실린 여섯 편의 소설은 서로 스쳐 지나는 찰나의 만남으로 얽힌 인물들이 자신의 죽음을 목도하며 비로소 진정한 무無 세계에 이르는 생의 마지막 순간을 담고 있다. 한 생 한 생, 소중하지 않은 인생이 없듯, 그 죽음들 하나하나가 애틋하지 않은 것이 없다. 이 죽음의 순간이 전하는 애통함을 작가는 지독하고 세밀하게 묘사해낸다.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 6hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 6-24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
