It’s easy to gain weight or suffer from symptoms like lower back pain and stiff shoulders after giving birth. I designed this lesson to help women who gave birth about 6 months ago return their body (including their frame) its original state.

As childbirth approaches, women’s pelvises open up, then they gradually close up again after giving birth. However, postpartum changes in one’s body vary by individual. 

Some cannot go back to the exact same body frame they had before, but it is said that these exercises are effective in preventing those changes from becoming permanent if done 6 months after giving birth.

If you don’t take care of the stress and fatigue on your body that comes from childcare, it could turn into postpartum depression. The symptoms of postpartum depression could stem from your body’s unbalanced condition.

I think you can refresh both your body and your mind by learning some exercises and stretches.

There are also exercises you can do while taking care of your child.

Please don’t hesitate to try out a lesson.

I will design this lesson for you after checking your body’s physical strength. I am a licensed yoga and pilates instructor and I have a NSCA personal trainer license. If you have any special requests, I can create lessons out of any material you have on hand, so please feel free to consult with me.
