Your body deserves proper care - let's give your body 30 minutes of exercise!

Let's spend 30 minutes looking after your body!
Exercise is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle! We only have one body, so we need to protect it. We can give our bodies the help they need through eating healthy foods and getting regular exercise.
Exercise is great for fitness and health. My goal is to help you prepare for anything! If your friends want to go on a hike, we will make sure you are fit enough. If you want to pick up your grandkids, we will make sure you are strong enough.
Healthy movement is a key part of life!
We will start with a warm-up and end with a cooldown. In between, we will do a functional fitness workout. Functional fitness means we will use movements that mirror movements we use in daily life. If we exercise regularly (daily, if possible) using functional exercises, we prepare our bodies for sports and daily life.
Repeat students are welcome. The more you exercise, the faster and better your results will be.
Repeat students are welcome to book the 10 lesson pack (900 points per lesson).
What you will get:
- Step-by-step instruction and assistance for the warm-up, workout, and stretching.
- Workout guidance.
- Motivation and support.
- I will also send you workouts based on the movements that you know for the days between our classes.
- I will help you reach your goals.
What you need:
- A sturdy chair, bench, or step (about knee height)
- An open area (5m x 5m)
- Optional: A space to run (20m)
- Water bottle
You do not need any experience! I will adapt this workout to any ability and age level!
Remember: It is never too late to start looking after yourself.
