Description

股関節がほぐれると脚全体の血行が良くなり、冷え性の改善や腰痛緩和、むくみ知らずのすっきりした脚などの効果が期待できます。
このクラスでは股関節周りをメインに動かすヨガのポーズでほぐします。運動強度についてはクラス前にヒアリングを行い決めていきますので、どなたでもご参加ください。

ヨガマット、もしくはバスタオル
クッションまたはバスタオルなど丸めたものがあれば
