息子がバイト先で買い物かご5個分食品廃棄したのを聞いて
値引き食品を買いに行っています。

賞味期限近いもので献立を考えるため、
「今日どうしよう何にしよう・・」と思わなくてすみます。

肉魚は買ったら冷凍し、使う分解凍して料理します。
100円までの野菜を買います。
お惣菜も買っています。
