Nouns, these are naming words. Can be things we can touch and feel, yet again at the same time nouns can be things we cannot touch or feel.

Description

One of the most basic components of English speech are nouns, but in this session, we'll examine them in greater detail and at a higher level. Regardless of your level of expertise, we will start with the fundamentals and work our way up to more complex topics like collective nouns, countable versus uncountable nouns, and abstract versus concrete nouns. We will also look at the functions nouns play in compound structures and how they work in various sentence forms.

We will examine instances in context, talk about how to use different kinds of nouns to make your writing and speech more precise, and work through exercises to increase your accuracy throughout the class.

You should be more confident by the end of the class use nouns successfully in a range of contexts, from casual conversations to more formal written works. Now let's get going!
