Hello, my name is İrem. I am excited to guide you through a gentle yoga practice designed to help you unwind and release the tension of the day. This class will focus on slow, soothing stretches, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and prepare your body for a restful night's sleep. By incorporating mindful movements and stretches that target areas of tightness, we'll create a peaceful transition from the busyness of the day to a serene and restful evening. Allow this practice to help you let go of stress and drift into a peaceful slumber.

Together, we’ll explore gentle stretches and calming breathwork to create the perfect environment for relaxation."
