In this lesson we practice native English pronunciation! From how to make different sounds properly to how and where to pause during a sentence, we will make a plan for you.

Description

This lesson in strictly about improving pronunciation.
First we will evaluate what you need help with most, then we will make a plan to improve.

Important things we will work on include:

Warmups - tongue twisters, matching pairs and other speaking games.

Shadowing my speech - This will help you learn how a native speaker actually says certain words.

Reading sentences out loud - This way you can learn where and when to pause while you're speaking so that you sound more fluent.

Individual sounds - Once we know what sounds you are struggling with we will work on each of them. Such as the different R and L sounds, the different U and O sounds, etc. It's important that you develope muscle memory to be able to make the right sound more quickly.

In our first lesson we will make a plan to see how to begin improving your pronunciation. This will definitely help with you test scores (TOEIC, IELTS, EIKEN, etc.)
