Present Perfect Simple Grammar Tense
Description
This lesson explains how and why we use 'verb 3' (the past participle) in English for the PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE grammar tense. Most students have memorized many verb 3s, but don't know how to use them. Teacher Ian will show you.
With the help of picture prompts, you will practice making and speaking sentences in present perfect tense you create from your own mind. This will help you apply the grammar to your real life everyday situations.
You will meet the often used expression, "Have you ever...?" and likely encounter the "perfect" form of present perfect. If time permits, we will review how to use "for" and "since".
This lesson has been taught by teacher Ian many times to upper high-school students in private school classrooms in southeast Asia.
