If commuting to a yoga studio is not quite for you, please feel free try out these lessons!
I will show you easy poses that you’ll be able to review on your own, as well as breathing technique and stretches that are great for each part of your body. All from the comfort of your own home!
If you let me know what parts of your body you’re concerned about, I can customize the lesson with poses that address those concerns.
I introduce each pose in even more detail in my videos. If you’d like to see what the lessons are like, please take a look^^
